Monofilament yarn extruder
Extrusion line for 0.1–0.35 mm monofilament yarn from HDPE or PP, for beach mat warp, rope, fishing nets and safety nets. Three models, 30–140 kg/h.

Developed in-house on the basis of technology from abroad, this line produces round monofilament yarn from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP).
The yarn is used for beach mat warp, rope, fishing nets, construction safety nets, sunshade umbrellas, artificial hair, mosquito nets, brushes and protective nets for cotton fields.
The line is compact. The drawing section has synchronised speed control with separate speed reduction, so the process can be set for different yarns, and the spinnerets are precision-made for a smooth, even filament. It runs steadily and is responsive, easy and safe to operate.
